Direct Acting Threaded PRV (KRY)
Product Code: KRY
The threaded KRY automatically reduces pressure from a higher inlet pressure to a steady lower outlet pressure by using a balanced-pressure mechanism that responds to changes in the water supply pressure.
Basic Applications:
The KRY is a direct actuated pressure reducing valve designed to be used in various places. Use the KRY in high rise buildings to control pressure fluctuations between floors in the various water systems such as ones for potable water, air conditioning, boiler feed, etc. The KRY is used in industrial plants upstream of equipment requiring lower pressure such. In all cases the KRY can be depended upon to hold downstream pressure to a desired pressure regardless of upstream pressure fluctuations.
