Vacuum Breaking PRV w/ Check (KRME)

The KRME automatically reduces pressure from a higher inlet pressure to a steady lower outlet pressure by using a direct acting mechanism that responds to changes in the water supply pressure. The vacuum breaking function operates during water supply suspension. The built-in strainer prevents clogging due to sand or other foreign matter. The check function prevents backflow of outlet water.
Basic Applications:
The KRME is a direct actuated pressure reducing valve with vacuum breaking and check functions that was specially developed for water supply equipment.
